As an HR Business Partner for Finance & General Counsel at Whitbread, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our Executive Committee members and their Senior Leadership teams. You will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives, driving performance, and fostering a compelling and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company values. With a strong focus on talent management, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive, commercial, and strategic HR business partnering to the Finance & General Counsel functions
- Influencing decision-making, coaching senior leaders, and holding them accountable for key people priorities
- Partnering with Senior Leaders and their teams through organisational change and transformation
- Collaborating with other HR and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements for this role include:
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience gained within a corporate environment
- Experience of partnering with Finance/General Counsel functions would be advantageous
- Experience in shaping people plan initiatives and leading on organisational or divisional transformation and change activities across large functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
