HR Manager

As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving the people and culture agenda for our business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the HR team to deliver business initiatives in a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the HR team to deliver the people and culture agenda, including talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
  2. Develop and implement effective people strategies, policies, and procedures to support profitable growth.
  3. Champion the culture of the business and provide great service to all employees and managers.
  4. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and UK wide HR team to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience leading a HR team in a multi-site HR Manager role at CIPD Chartered Member level.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, experience of change management, and shaping culture to drive performance.
  • Experience of performance reporting and headcount budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness and results-driven focus.
