Job Title: Project Information Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Information Coordinator to join our team at NRL in London. This role is responsible for managing project delivery systems, ensuring timely information delivery to stakeholders, and optimizing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project mobilization in line with project schedule
  • Ensure delivery of relevant information to key participants and stakeholders
  • Optimize systems, work processes, and software tools
  • Coordinate digital project delivery systems used by various departments and disciplines
  • Focal point for communicating with IT Services to meet project requirements
  • Provide a single point of contact for all systems and services
  • Understand and facilitate project workshare requirements
  • Identify project's information, data, hardware, network, and system needs
  • Responsible for coordinating project software requirements and producing the Project Delivery Checklist

Requirements:

  • BSc, BEng, or equivalent qualification
  • Good understanding/experience of project management, systems integration, tag numbering/management, document numbering, and EDMS systems
  • CAD (2D & 3D) and IT experience required

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
