About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dietitian to join our nutrition team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our award-winning resources, including the heart matters magazine and printed resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as our expert resource of food, nutrition, and dietetic knowledge, ensuring the accuracy of all food and nutrition information within BHF information and resources.
  • Work with project teams across the organisation on the development and delivery of mission and fundraising campaigns, projects, and resources.
  • Be a sought-after spokesperson for the BHF, receiving excellent media training and working with our media team to respond to press stories and publicise BHF campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the reputation of BHF and ensure the quality of our resources.
Requirements
  • HCPC registered dietitian with extensive NHS dietetic experience of working with adults with cardiovascular diseases.
  • Understanding of the impact of the BHF's work on cardiovascular care.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and seeking feedback on performance.
