Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare infrastructure projects? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects?

We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Development team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value capital projects that support outstanding patient care.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing capital projects in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of NHS Estates Terminology and procedures. You will also possess excellent technical knowledge and skills, including a deep understanding of the whole design and construction process.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the trust to plan, monitor, and control all aspects of your projects. This will include interacting with clinical and non-clinical hospital departments, managing external consultants, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our in-house Capital Development team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
