Job Title: Head of Commercial and Contract Management

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial and Contract Management to lead our ATMP production team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in GMP manufacturing and a proven track record of managing complex production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet client demands and business objectives.
  • Oversee management of aseptic suites and ensure strict adherence to GMP and other regulations.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
  • Provide strategic and scientific guidance in technical areas, including technology transfer and process implementation.
  • Act as a production nominee/primary production point of contact during internal and external audits.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and review existing practices and methodology to ensure current quality standards are maintained and improved.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Significant experience in GMP manufacturing of ATMPs and production management within the cellular therapy field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.
  • Experience of laboratory electronic management systems, project management, and planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
