We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our In-House legal team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial contracts and be able to conduct reviews, negotiate and draft terms and conditions.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects, with the potential for career progression, including sponsorship and support to qualify via SQE.


Key Responsibilities:
Conducting commercial reviews of customer enquiries related to the purchase of products, reviewing, negotiating and drafting terms and conditions.
Negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers to secure favourable terms while mitigating risk.
Reviewing customer purchase orders and addressing any legal or contractual issues.
Providing legal and contractual advice to internal stakeholders across various departments.
Assisting with the resolution of disputes and warranty claims, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes

Key Requirements:
Commercial contracts experience, with a strong understanding of commercial agreements, and the ability to review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
Prior experience in the construction or energy sectors would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage your own workload, work to tight deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities with a high degree of organisation.

Proficiency in MS Office packages and other relevant legal software
