Commercial Contracts Paralegal

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join our In-House legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct commercial reviews of customer enquiries related to the purchase of products, reviewing, negotiating and drafting terms and conditions.
* Negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers to secure favourable terms while mitigating risk.
* Reviewing customer purchase orders and addressing any legal or contractual issues.
* Providing legal and contractual advice to internal stakeholders across various departments.
* Assisting with the resolution of disputes and warranty claims, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Paralegal with a strong understanding of commercial agreements, with experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
* Prior experience in the construction or energy sectors would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage your own workload, work to tight deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities with a high degree of organisation.
* Proficiency in MS Office packages and other relevant legal software.
