Bakery Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in the FMCG sector. With a strong understanding of the bakery industry and a passion for driving growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet the needs of our client's wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with wholesale customers, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address these factors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and business development, particularly in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the bakery industry and its trends.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 OTE: £100,000+
