About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners across various regions. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers. You will introduce potential partners to our platform, train them on how to use the app, and advise them on finding effective solutions for food waste.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cold calling and emailing potential partners to discuss partnership opportunities
  2. Conducting in-person visits to meet with business owners and explain the benefits of our platform
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
  4. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing your own sales pipeline and prioritizing prospects based on insights
