National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business with key distribution partners across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our distribution partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling products sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally in Europe
