Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business with key distribution partners across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our distribution partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in the air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling products sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally in Europe
