Acosta is seeking a skilled Retail Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with independent store owners and decision makers in your territory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.

You will be the face of our brand, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet and exceed their expectations.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to develop your commercial skills and achieve your career ambitions in a fast-paced and dynamic business that invests in people.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,375 per annum, plus a bonus (subject to performance), contributory pension, and healthcare plans assurance.

A full manual driving licence is required, as you will need to travel within a defined territory to fulfill your duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Maximizing brand awareness and educating clients on new product opportunities
  • Implementing store activations and developing effective sales strategies
  • Managing and driving the success of your own area, using your entrepreneurial mindset

As a Candidate, you will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment, although we will also consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.

You must be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed in this role.

Benefits include a company vehicle, mobile phone, and fuel card, as well as flexible working hours between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
