This role involves working as a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to individualized care planning
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
- Participate in education and training of junior staff members
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice development
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum 1 year Mental Health Nursing Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and continuous professional development
Salary and Benefits
Estimated annual salary: £44,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Overtime rates available for weekends and bank holidays. Welcome bonus for all nurses. Relocation support and various benefits in line with the NHS. Thorough induction program and ongoing training provided.
