About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, from preparing the restaurant breakfast service areas to providing warm welcomes to guests and answering questions about products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring staff are working together as a cohesive team.
  • Inspect work areas and staff uniforms for defects, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist in coaching, hiring, and developing staff, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Prepare and monitor the restaurant breakfast service areas for efficient service and guest comfort.
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, advising them of menu options and answering questions about products and services.
  • Record all transactions accurately in the MICROS till system at time of order.
  • Provide food and beverage service, including alcohol and non-vegetarian items, while maintaining excellent standards of quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, recook orders, and product availability.
  • Complete closing duties, including cash handling and banking, ensuring accurate records and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors promptly, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
