Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations professional to take ownership of our IR roadmap and work strategically with senior internal stakeholders and external investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive IR strategy and plan, actively engaging in key investor communication, and managing relationships with existing investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive IR strategy and plan to enhance investor perception and drive value for shareholders
  • Active involvement in key investor communication, including website content, PR, marketing material updates, and content creation
  • Build upon investor perception of the business's drive for delivering value to shareholders
  • Ensure continued and consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with existing investors and provide market insights and activity to the Executive Committee
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor behaviors, and be proactive in anticipating future business impact
Requirements
  • Experienced investor relations professional with a strong understanding of delivering first-in-class service to internal and external parties
  • Previous experience working with finance teams (FP&A, corporate finance, etc.)
  • Strong team player with the ability to build strong relationships both inside and outside a business
  • Experience and willingness to be hands-on when it comes to investor content and materials updating
