Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead our engagement with the public markets, analysts, and investors. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the role of investor relations and experience in partnering effectively with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to increase understanding and conviction in our mission among retail and institutional owners.
- Lead the conversation with analysts and investors to nurture sound understanding and support of our mission.
- Work with senior leaders to shape the story of Wise, underpinning it with relevant key messages and disclosure of strategic, operational, and financial information.
- Design and produce effective publications and presentations for periodic reporting to the market.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the sell-side analyst community and manage expectations to ensure market consensus remains relevant relative to performance and guidance.
- Undertake a program of investor engagement, including proactive targeting of investors and executing a schedule of meetings via Zoom or in person.
- Provide oversight of our US ADR program and other relevant projects.
- Develop the Investor Relations website to keep it current and informative for investors and other stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of ESG reporting and incorporate best practices into our overall company narrative.
Requirements
- Experience working in Investor Relations, preferably from a corporate or as an equity analyst at a top-tier bank.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and mentor others.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and experience communicating complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time-critical processes across multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and structured both orally and in writing.
