About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Fundraising Manager to join our team at Alzheimer's Research UK. As a key member of our Supporter-Led Fundraising Department, you will play a critical role in driving mass fundraising efforts and ensuring our supporters receive exceptional stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line management of two Central Fundraising Executives and Senior Central Fundraising Officer, providing guidance and support to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and reviewing team performance to ensure effective use of fundraising CRM and accurate supporter stewardship and financial reporting.
  • Leading on the implementation of recommendations from the annual mystery shopping exercise to enhance supporter experience.
  • Project management of SLF-wide projects, including Skydiving Days and Last Hour of Pay, to ensure tasks are delegated fairly and completed on time.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing & Engagement Team to share trends, learnings, and collaborate on new projects and automated stewardship journeys.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets in a fundraising role.
  • Excellent CRM/database management skills and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload, with flexibility to work unsociable hours and willingness to travel independently.
