Key Responsibilities- Line Management: Lead and develop a team of Central Fundraising Executives and Senior Central Fundraising Officers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee the use of our fundraising CRM, ensuring accurate supporter stewardship and financial reporting. Provide regular updates and insights to the SLF leadership team.
- Supporter Stewardship: Develop and implement a unified approach to supporter care, leveraging data, automation, and product development to enhance supporter experiences.
- Project Management: Lead projects that involve the whole or majority of the SLF team, ensuring tasks are delegated fairly and completed on time.
- Strategy and Operational Planning: Contribute to the development of our strategic approach to innovation, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification within the online fundraising space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets.
- Excellent CRM/database management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
