Commercial Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, with a strong background in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage contract timelines, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Audit and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers, creating estimated costs and managing statutory approvals.
- Log and track team tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Monitor and report on progress, using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Undertake training and attend meetings as required, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Previous administration experience, with a strong background in the construction industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
