Commercial Contracts Coordinator

At Combined Facilities Management Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our contracts management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage contractual invoicing timelines and cash flow performance
- Audit and approve subcontractor invoices, resolving any discrepancies
- Ensure contract compliance and maintain high standards
- Obtain quotes from the supply chain, compile estimates for contract works
- Track contract compliance and correspondences, ensuring timely completion
- Monitor and report on progress against team KPIs and targets
- Experience in construction works and administration in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proactive, structured, and robust planning and organizational skills
