Commercial Contracts Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our team at Combined Facilities Management Ltd. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for assisting with the contractual management, administration, and commercial monitoring of Measured Term Maintenance Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor invoicing timelines and cashflow performance, and report on any discrepancies.
- Audit and approve subcontractor invoices, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Obtain quotes from the supply chain, compile estimates for contract works, and manage statutory approvals/certifications.
- Track contract compliance and correspondences, ensuring timelines are met.
- Log and track team tasks, ensuring actions are completed on time.
- Monitor and report on progress against team KPIs and targets.
- Undertake training and attend meetings as required for the proper performance of duties.
- Prepare and submit job costs/coding in line with the contract Schedule of Rates.
Requirements:
- Experience of construction works and administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills.
- Effective time and task management, meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a cross-functional team.
