About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at microTECH Global Ltd in Cambridge. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, providing the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless employee experience and driving impactful HR initiatives. You will oversee the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and family leave processes. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely administration of HR policies, procedures, and systems, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless employee experience and drive impactful HR initiatives
  • Oversight of the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and family leave processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a supportive, high-performing team.
