Your Key Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Hotel General Manager, with a dotted line to the Group HR Manager. Your primary objective will be to assist in the development and delivery of human resource initiatives that improve overall organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the leadership team
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff
