We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Organizational Development Assistant to join our HR team at the University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of training programs, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an HR or administrative role, as well as knowledge of training and development principles. They will be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including employees and managers.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a competitive salary, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure and security check.
