Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care professional to join our team as a Personal Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a caseload of learners achieves Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2/3 or Levels 4/5.
- Conduct regular visits with learners, supporting and motivating them to achieve their qualifications.
- Deliver teaching and learning sessions, adhering to Ofsted and Awarding Organisation requirements.
- Submit and assess learner evidence in a timely manner.
- Carry out observations of learner practice in the workplace.
- Support learners to achieve maths and English Functional Skills.
- Promote and safeguard learner health and wellbeing.
Requirements
- 2 years of vocational experience in adult/elderly health & social care, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities.
- Health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5.
- Good English and maths skills, preferably to GCSE level or equivalent.
Benefits
- Level 5: £25,000 starting salary, rising to £30,000 once qualified.
- Level 3: £23,000 starting salary, rising to £27,000 once qualified.
- Plus bonus opportunity OTE £5,000 PA.

- 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays.
