">Job Summary
">We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing client valuations, scanning and inputting Fact Finds, setting up new clients in the Back Office system, and inputting client financial plans. They will also be required to meet and greet clients, input figures from providers' statements into an Excel spreadsheet, and perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Business Manager and/or Directors.

- A minimum of C grades in English and Mathematics at GCSE level.">
- A Levels or equivalent.">
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.">
- The ability to confidently communicate with clients and team members via phone and face-to-face.">
- Prior experience on the phone is essential.">

Working Conditions
