Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Harlow. As a key coordinator and administrator for our telephone sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update customers with estimated time of arrival of goods and follow up with courtesy calls once delivered
  • Update quote, order, and delivery logs
  • Assist with incoming call enquiries and manage outstanding orders and allocation of stock
  • Liaise with internal customers on warranty claims, spares enquiries, and other administrative tasks
  • Responsible for day-to-day office administration, including chasing ongoing projects and keeping systems up to date
  • Team coordination and assisting the Sales team with any overflow of work
Requirements:
  • Previous office administration experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Confident and proactive on the phone
