Nuclear Fuel Logistics Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Fuel Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our global logistics nuclear fuel business development strategy and process.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead the global logistics nuclear fuel project management program from inception to operational execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project outcomes and deliverables.
- Manage the primary relationship and interface between Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel business project managers and global logistics suppliers, ensuring inclusion at an early stage for planning and costing projects.
- Coordinate with nuclear fuel transport representatives at fabrication sites and provide logistics scope accordingly for all projects.
- Prepare and communicate key project milestone updates and risks for stakeholders.
- Provide direction and strategic guidance to global logistics category leads and nuclear fuel transport project managers.
- Manage nuclear fuel logistics project management workload, resource allocation, and obstacle resolution.
- Interface directly with Westinghouse external customers to support business unit leaders.
- Provide LOA input for nuclear logistics scope, costs, supplier options, packaging options, and load and logistics plans.
- Create packaging and transport scope language for nuclear fuel sales contracts.
- Review the nuclear fuel business plan to identify projects requiring transportation, packaging, and regulatory services, and coordinate data into a global logistics support plan.
- Manage risk assessment across nuclear fuel transport projects.
- Advise category leads on global sourcing and supplier management aspects of nuclear fuel transport activities.
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, or similar discipline.
- 3 years of procurement or global transport experience.
- Strong negotiating, benchmarking, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and project procurement management skills.
- Experience with vendor management, including supplier contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from quantitative data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and engage at all organizational levels.
- Ability to amicably and professionally resolve disputes with suppliers.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team environment.
- Must be creative and have strong problem-solving skills, along with time-management, prioritizing, planning, and self-direction skills.
- Ability to maintain long-term productive relationships with suppliers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage data and workflows in a database environment.
- Ability to travel 10%.
