Accounts Administrator

Maxwells Chartered Accountants is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator. This role will involve providing exceptional financial support to our clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements and reports for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Management of financial data, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assistance with VAT returns and other tax-related matters
- Support with financial analysis and budgeting
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
