Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and payment runs. You will also be responsible for processing expenses and general administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing and payment runs
  • Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Process expenses and general administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous finance experience
  • Ability to commute to the Bridgwater office
