About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring in Wythenshawe. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to meet their outcomes, promoting independence, and delivering personalized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes, working closely with families and professionals.
  • Provide personal care that respects and protects individuals' dignity.
  • Promote independence through enabling approaches, empowering individuals to make informed choices.
  • Deliver personalized care that reflects individuals' unique needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues, documenting and sharing information as necessary.
  • Connect individuals with their communities, accessing local support and services.
Induction Training

We offer comprehensive induction training to ensure our Care Assistants are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role. This includes training on Be Caring values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity, as well as fluids and nutrition, safe medication administration, and more.
