About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Escape Recruitment Services. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular customer meetings and telephone outreach
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers, with support provided until you feel confident
- Grow your professional network through strategic networking and LinkedIn engagement
- Develop and implement a sales plan to ensure all opportunities are followed up and pursued
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve success
- Tenacity and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks
- Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, from entry-level to senior management
