About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Escape Recruitment Services. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular customer meetings and telephone outreach
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers, with support provided until you feel confident
  • Grow your professional network through strategic networking and LinkedIn engagement
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to ensure all opportunities are followed up and pursued
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve success
  • Tenacity and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks
  • Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, from entry-level to senior management
