About the Role

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our support team, providing personal care and health support to a young lady with complex health needs in her own home in Poynton.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a caring and supportive relationship with the client and her family
  • Providing personal care, medication administration, nutrition, and moving and handling, following instruction from senior team members
  • Participating in the on-call rota when required
  • Providing social and emotional support within the home and supporting the client to access the community and attend local activities

About You

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring, with the ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative. Experience in Health and Social care is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

Candidates must be able to drive a wheelchair accessible vehicle and meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes. The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and the ability to work in a client's home and within the wider local community.
