About the Role

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our support team as a bank worker, providing care and support to a young lady with complex health needs in her own home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a caring and supportive relationship with the client and her family.
  • Providing healthcare support, including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, and moving and handling, following instruction from senior team members.
  • Being available to take part in the on-call rota when required.
  • Providing social and emotional support within the home and supporting the client to access the community and attend local activities.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring, with the ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative. A full clean driving license and willingness to drive the client's wheelchair-accessible vehicle are essential.

The position requires flexibility in availability, with working hours including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and waking nights. The candidate should be reasonably fit and not afraid of water, as the client enjoys participating in indoor and outdoor physical activities.
