Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to support a young lady with complex health needs in her own home in Poynton, Cheshire.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a supportive relationship with the client and her family
  • Providing personal care and health support, including medication administration and moving and handling
  • Supporting the client to access the community and attend local activities
  • Working as part of a team and using your own initiative

About You

We are looking for an individual who is kind, trustworthy, and able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be required to work in the client's home and within the local community.

Requirements

You will need to be reasonably fit, have a full clean driving license, and be willing to drive a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. You will also need to meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
