Business Growth and Recruitment Associate

Main Responsibilities:
- Candidate Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with candidates, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Talent Identification: Utilize LinkedIn and professional tools to identify and engage top accounting talent.
- Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with senior staff at client companies, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage job applications, create job advertisements, format CVs, and assist with marketing campaigns.
Essential Requirements:
A driven individual with real ambition is required. Previous experience in telephone-based roles or sales is advantageous.
Employment Package:
- £26,000 - £31,000 per annum salary.
- Fully flexible working hours.
- Option to work from home 2-3 days a week.
