The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly qualified Tenure-Track Assistant Professor to join our team in the field of Management. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching a range of courses, conducting research, and providing service to the department, school, and university.
Key Responsibilities- Teach a variety of courses in Management, including undergraduate and graduate-level classes.
- Conduct research in Management and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
- Provide service to the department, school, and university, including committee work, advising students, and participating in departmental and university-wide initiatives.
To be considered for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution. You should also have a strong research agenda, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to service.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience teaching in a higher education setting.
- A strong publication record in reputable journals.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
