BD Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BD Manager to join our dynamic team at a well-known Scottish law firm. The successful candidate will work closely with a small group of Partners, reporting to the head of department.

This is a senior executive-level position that offers the opportunity to get involved in strategy work and make a real impact. You will be operating at a high level, working closely with the Partners to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the Partners to understand their business needs and develop solutions
  • Lead on marketing and business development initiatives to promote the firm's services
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and marketing
  • Strong understanding of the legal sector and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
