About the Job

This exceptional opportunity has arisen for a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a low secure mental illness and personality disorder service based in the Cardiff area.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assess patients, develop care plans, and implement risk management strategies.
  • As part of our dynamic team, you will prioritize ward needs, manage resources, and maintain high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • A strong focus on patient-centered care and a drive to continuously learn and develop are crucial for success.
  • Experience working in similar environments and roles is preferred, as is excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits
  • We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,455 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £5,000.
