Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of our sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our sales and marketing team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials and coordinating events.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and proposals.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience in a sales and marketing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
