Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our catering services to independent schools and colleges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Management: Manage and respond to emails, update planners, and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and manage invoices, handle queries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Design and Workload Management: Create and manage templates using Canva, coordinate workload, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Marketing and Events Support
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist with marketing campaigns, initiatives, and launches throughout the year.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize roadshows, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
Sales Administration
  • Bid Management: Assist with bid planning, coordination, and management, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate schedules for the sales and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Invoice Handling: Manage and process sales-related invoices, maintaining accurate records and resolving queries.
General Administrative Support
  • Tender Administration: Assist with tender planning, coordination, and management, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
  • Presentation Preparation: Organize tender copies, coordinate pre-presentation calls, and book rehearsals as needed.
  • Telesales Support: Provide campaign lists, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, update opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Reference Site Visits: Arrange and coordinate site visits, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
  • Conference Coordination: Manage RSVPs, logistics, and hotel allocations for events, ensuring seamless execution.
Qualifications and Skills
