Key Responsibilities:- Design and Workload Management: Manage email inboxes, update planners, and coordinate Monday software management.
- Invoice Management: Submit, log, and handle queries related to invoices.
- Canva Wizard: Create and manage templates for marketing materials.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the year.
- Marketing Launches: Support the launch of marketing campaigns and uploads every term.
- Bid Management: Set up bid plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Diary Management: Coordinate schedules for sales and operations teams.
- Invoice Handling: Manage and process sales-related invoices.
- Reporting: Create monthly board reports that showcase sales performance.
- Ad/Article Management: Ensure timely submission of ads and articles.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing roadshows, conferences, and other events.
- Meetings and Events: Attend meetings and events with our sister company.
- Tender Administration: Set up bid plans, manage design slots, and handle strategy calls.
- Presentation Preparation: Organize tender copies, set up pre-presentation calls, and book rehearsals.
- Telesales Support: Provide campaign lists, manage follow-ups, and update sales reports.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date opportunities, save tenders, and update win/loss notes.
- Site Visits: Arrange and coordinate site visits.
- Conference Coordination: Manage RSVPs, logistics, and hotel allocations for events.
