Part-Time Therapist for Children and Young People

CHM is seeking an experienced Therapist to join our team, working with children and young people in care. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting their emotional regulation, social skills, and overall well-being.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Therapist with a strong background in working with young people, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and competences is also essential.

As a Therapist at CHM, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive support package for our clients. This includes attending key meetings, internal meetings around care and safety planning, and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum (pro-rata), plus pension and travel expenses. You will also have access to external clinical supervision and a wellbeing budget to support your own professional development.
