We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at CHM, providing one-to-one therapy sessions to children and young people in care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting the development of critical social and emotional skills, with experience working with young people aged 13-19.

This is a part-time position, with hours flexible to meet the needs of the client and the Therapist. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional regulation, social skills, and overall well-being of our clients.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and colleagues alike. A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and competences is also essential.

As a Therapist at CHM, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive support package for our clients. This includes attending key meetings, internal meetings around care and safety planning, and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum (pro-rata) plus pension and travel expenses. You will also have access to external clinical supervision and a wellbeing budget to support your own professional development.
