About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to staff on employment-related matters, including recruitment, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, leading on recruitment and selection strategies, line managing the HR Coordinator, and assisting with the development of HR policy and procedures. You will also be responsible for planning and carrying out new staff induction days.

What We Offer: In return for your expertise and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 9% employer pension scheme, income protection, life assurance, and delicious daily meals on site.

Your Background: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent by experience. You should also have at least 5 years' experience as an HR generalist, managing one or two direct reports, and excellent ER knowledge and experience.
