Senior HR Generalist

We're seeking a talented Senior HR Generalist to lead our HR function in the UK. As part of our global specialist publishing firm, you'll play a key role in shaping our company culture.
- Day-to-Day HR Administration: Manage our HRIS system, draft reports on absence, payroll, and performance, and administer employee changes.
- HR Point of Contact: Advise senior stakeholders and employees on all HR-related queries.
- Recruitment Lead: Liaise with line managers and partner with our HRD to benchmark salaries.
- Onboarding Manager: Conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts, and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Employee Relations Manager: Manage employee relations queries, including performance and absence management.
- HR Project Partner: Support our HRD on ad-hoc projects, ensuring HR processes align with market trends and legislative requirements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: As a standalone HR generalist within the private sector, ideally in Media, Marketing, or Publishing.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail when processing contracts, offer letters, and payroll.
