You will work closely with our business development manager and management team to drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer experiences. Your leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team's efforts, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit.
  • Work collaboratively with your business development manager to grow pub sales and develop new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer safety and well-being, adhering to Greene King's health and safety policies.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of success as a General Manager, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A keen eye for P&L control and a solid understanding of business finance.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
