About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced and compassionate Young Adult Care Coordinator to join our team at Corus Consultancy. In this role, you will work closely with young people, their families, and other professionals to provide tailored support and guidance.
Key Duties- To provide a safe, welcoming, and high-quality standard of accommodation, ensuring when young people move in they feel comfortable and welcomed, and are given information concerning the building and other local services.
- To assess the needs of young people in order to identify appropriate move-on accommodation.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Experience of working in a residential setting.
- An understanding of trauma-informed and attachment-focused practice.
- The ability to demonstrate through practice how 'Every Child Matters' relates to the young people living in our accommodation.
