Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complex Needs Project Worker to join our team in Camden. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working with vulnerable adults who have experienced multiple disadvantages.

Your responsibilities will include working with a caseload of 10-15 clients, conducting regular key working sessions, and developing outcome-focused support plans. You will also produce comprehensive risk assessments, work with partner agencies, and promote recovery-focused activities.

The pay rate for this role is £16.24 per hour, including £1.75 holiday pay, and the successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. Please note that temporary cover is required for approximately 2-3 months.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex support needs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to respond calmly to crisis situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Registration with Central Recruitment Services requires a current valid right to work in the UK, minimum 12 months' experience in a front-line social care role, and a fully enhanced DBS check.
