Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualization tools
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics and insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
